Return & Refund Policy

1) Returns Window

We have a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

2) Eligibility

To be eligible, the item must be:

  • In the same condition you received it

  • Unworn/unused, with tags, and in the original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Items sent back without an approved return request will not be accepted.

    If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped, return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund (or otherwise charged). Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

4) Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate and make it right (replacement, refund, or store credit as applicable).

5) Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Perishables (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom / personalized products

  • Personal care/beauty items that are opened/used

  • Intimate/hygiene items (e.g., underwear, swimwear) if hygiene seal is broken

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Gift cards

  • Final-sale / clearance items (where indicated)

6) Exchanges.

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item first. Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement.

7) EU Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-Off)

If your merchandise ships into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification.
Items must be returned unused, with tags, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.

8) Refunds

We’ll notify you when we receive and inspect your return and confirm approval or rejection.

  • If approved, we’ll refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.

  • If it’s been more than 15 business days since approval, please contact support@fyndop.com.

Partial Refunds

We may issue partial refunds for items that are not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.

Customs & Duties on Returns (International)

Any import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees paid are typically non-refundable. For international returns, any return-shipping duties/taxes may be deducted from your refund where applicable.
